Privacy policy

Who is responsible
The seller identified in our Legal notice is responsible for personal data used by LAVORA. For privacy requests, contact the support email shown below and describe the request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before releasing or changing account data.
Information we use
When you create an account, order or contact us, we receive the information you provide: name, email, telephone, billing and delivery addresses, order items and amounts, support messages and reviews. Accounts also store saved addresses and password hashes. Technical records can include IP address, browser information, security events and payment references or statuses. We do not receive or store the card details entered on Paynid’s payment page.
Purposes and legal bases
We use order and contact details to take steps you request, fulfil purchases and provide support. We use account data to provide your requested account. Accounting and legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations. Security, fraud prevention and dispute handling serve our legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional basket reminders rely on the choice or consent you give.
Recipients and services
Authorised store staff and providers supporting hosting, order processing, delivery and customer service receive the information needed for their work. Checkout sends contact details, addresses, IP address and order information to Paynid. Support email is handled through Neo. Jivo support chat loads automatically when you visit the storefront and may receive technical visit data. If you send a message, Jivo also receives your message and any contact details you enter. Opening a Google map connects to Google. External review and payment services have their own privacy information.
Location of processing
The seller is based in the United Arab Emirates. Using this store involves providing data to that seller; service providers may also process information in other countries. Contact us to request details about the recipients, processing locations and safeguards applicable to your data.
How long information is kept
Account information is used while the account is maintained. Orders, payments and correspondence are retained for fulfilment, warranty and complaint handling, and applicable accounting, legal or dispute requirements. The relevant requirement and purpose determine the period; closing an account does not erase records that must be retained. Browser storage durations and deletion controls are explained in the Cookie policy.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the data-protection authority in your country. You can also contact us by email or the support form without sending a chat message. We do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you solely through automated profiling.
Messages, reviews and updates
Order and support messages concern your requested service. Basket reminder emails require the separate opt-in and include an unsubscribe route. Published reviews show the name you choose and the review content. Avoid entering payment details or sensitive information in reviews and messages. This notice may be updated when the store’s practices change.
