Returns & withdrawal
For eligible online consumer purchases in the EU, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify the seller that you wish to withdraw. Tell us using the form below; you do not need to give a reason.
For a washing machine, contact us about collection, the return address and any return costs. These arrangements should be clear before purchase. Do not send an appliance to an unconfirmed address.
For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days of notification, including standard outbound delivery. The seller may wait until the goods or evidence of return are received. Return costs and any deduction for handling beyond inspection depend on the applicable rules and information given before purchase.
