EU consumer purchases of new goods have a minimum two-year legal guarantee against faults or goods that do not match their description. National law may provide longer protection. Contact the seller first to arrange the appropriate remedy.
Describe the fault and include your order reference and model number. Keep photographs or video if useful. A manufacturer’s commercial warranty is separate; its coverage and service network depend on the exact model and country.
